As music enthusiasts, who pride ourselves on tasteful, eclectic choices and the search for what’s next, we are a source for classic flavors and emerging sounds. We conceive music-inspired projects and share them with the world as creative moments to be celebrated.

As seasoned tastemakers with over two decades of music industry experience, our musical roots are inspired by the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s, driven by diverse musical backgrounds in DJing, and stem from the rich history of the Philadelphia music scene.

After the official formulation of the group in Philadelphia in 1999, our founding members now reside in Philadelphia, New York, Los Angeles and North Carolina. We each bring a variety of talents and skillsets to illvibe projects, including music production, visual design, video production, marketing & branding, audio engineering, and DJing.

The collective currently consists of Mr. Sonny James, Lil Dave, Matthew Law, Skipmode, Phillip Lee, and Cliff Humphreys (aka Panek).
